The responsibilities of the role will include revenue generation of assigned portfolios and attributes that we are looking for include excellent communication skills, self-motivation; and contributing towards growth in prospecting, following up on leads; supporting clients and the overall sales organization in selling the full suite of bearings products across industries; and managing B2B sales pipeline to meet the annual sales quota specifically in the Latin markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify sales opportunities and develop new accounts
• Drive sales, monitor, track and take necessary actions to ensure that goals are met
• Maintain and prepare timely sales pipeline information in CRM and related reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets, objectives, and track sales performance and metrics
• Preparation of proposals, submit quotations, and tenders
• Ensure customer orders are processed accordingly
• Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure continuous growth
