Responsibilities:

Programme Implementation & Safety Management

• Support and guide a team of Adjunct Outdoor Instructors to ensure effective delivery of programme objectives

Team & Programme Development

• Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of Adjunct Outdoor Instructors

• Collaborate with the programme architect to curate innovative ideas that enhance and expand the value of our programmes
