SEAMEO Regional Language Centre (RELC) is looking for a Language Specialist. The successful applicant will teach in-service teachers from Southeast Asia on professional development courses including a postgraduate Diploma and MTESOL.

He/she will be expected to:

• Plan and deliver teacher professional development programmes and courses in Applied Linguistics/TESOL (in at least four core areas of specialization in the case of Applied Linguistics/TESOL courses)
• Undertake overseas assignments as and when it is required by the Division
• Supervise MTESOL students and research fellows who are engaged in research projects at the Centre
• Develop teacher education/language teaching materials for use in face-to-face, online, and blended or hybrid courses
• Coordinate/organize courses to be taught at the Centre as well as in SEAMEO member countries

Requirements:
