We are looking for a Trainee Childcare Teacher to join us

Job Responsibilities
- Plan and implement curriculum and practices to engage children during their daily learning experiences
- Design and maintain stimulating and engaging learning environment
- Plan and carry out observation and documentation of children’s learning and development. Prepare portfolios for each child
- Classroom management and routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of each child
- Establish collaborative partnerships with children's families
- Be an creative and inspiring role model with a positive mindset to the children
- Undertake other assignments given from time to time

Job Requirements
- ACEY qualification
- We sponsor your Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching - L2 English with bond
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin Languages

Job Description

• Refine teaching and learning approaches aligned to our curriculum
• Refine classroom management strategies, and strategies to observe and document children’s learning
• Engage children meaningfully in the activities
• Implement teaching and learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of children
• Design quality learning environments
• Enhance trusting, respectful relationships with children
• Adhere to health, safety, nutritional and hygiene standards and procedures
• Strengthen home-centre partnerships
• Co-lead collaborative projects with community stakeholders

Requirements

• No prior preschool teaching experience required
• A minimum B4 grade for English Language
• A degree or local poly diploma or 5 O-level credits
• Willing to be part of the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and Career Trial (CT)
• Singaporeans or PRs are preferred
• Effective communication and Teamwork
• Open-mindedness
