Why you will love this opportunity as Project Support Officer at Civica

This position features a Civica-appointed team member who will be instrumental in elevating the everyday workings of the MOE School Library Project by providing robust system support. You will collaborate closely with our passionate Library Assistants & Library Officers (LALOs) and the MOE School Library Project Team to optimize the use of the Library System, Spydus, along with an array of other systems and tools that drive the Team's success.Join us as an individual contributor and dive into a variety of exciting project-related tasks that will propel our initiatives ahead. You'll be at the forefront of coordinating efforts, monitoring progress, and gathering vital information and requirements. You will also work hand-in-hand with the Project team, including the Professional Librarian Team, to assess and enhance our operational processes as needed.

What you will have to be successful in this role

• Proficient with technology and Familiarity with MS Office
• Experience with library systems is a plus
• Minimally a Diploma with 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in project support is an advantage
• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or ACLP is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proactive, reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethics
• Excellent organisational skills

Responsibilities:

1.Handle customer (Internal/External) issues and enquiries, provide appropriate solutions as well as accurate

and complete information.

2.Perform proper follow up to ensure resolution within SLA.

3.Communicate and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders as necessary to resolve customer issues.

4. Provide support on IDEAL Web & Mobile, IDEAL Connect, IDEAL 3.0 Partner Bank, IDEAL RAPID, OCOE, and educate/guide customers on product and system navigation.

5.Provide support on IDEAL forms enquiries/clarifications/rejections.

6.Follow internal procedures & guidelines, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards

customers as well as colleagues at all times.

7.Any other tasks/duties that may be assigned.

8. Handle internal hotline to support Relationship Managers/Assistant Relationship Managers & Branches

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist RMs in onboarding and account opening for new customers; ongoing annual review of KYC/CDD documentation / screenings on existing and new customers. Conduct KYC/CDD assessment on both corporate & FI relationships according to compliance policy
• Assist RMs in preparing necessary documentation / info for the annual credit review
• Liaise with customers for trade information / documentation requirement, etc and ensure efficient processing of different matters
• Assist & liaise customers general enquires and refer to the RM or appropriate departments where necessary
• Assist in obtaining / performing industry data & analysis, market price checking, preparing reports for meetings
• To manage FI limit requirements (using internal system) and maintain up-to-date records of FI pending, live and matured transactions
• Liaising with Head Office and other branch-level departments to facilitate execution and completion of trade and FI transactions.
• Preparation of various monitoring reports

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Degree in Banking/ Finance or equivalent.
• With 3 years in supporting relationship management, with experience in onboarding / KYC and credit admin
• Product knowledge in loan facility, cash management, trade finance products and structured facilities
• Familiarity with AML/CFT industry best practices for KYC/CDD purposes
• Ability to work in parallel with different departments, in particular, Compliance, Credit Admin, Trade Operations
