Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Director on project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Handle construction planning, scheduling, baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress according to the baseline program.
• Assist PD in preparing project reports (e.g., monthly reports, VO management, EOT assessments).
• Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters, providing technical and non-technical solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure contractual compliance and timely completion.
• Support the Contracts Department with tenders, including drawings, method statements, proposals, and claims preparation.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure progress remains on schedule.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and EHS practices on-site, identifying high-risk activities and approving method statements.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Civil Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.

The role primarily involves the following:

• Leading and supporting the delivery of market access projects in Indonesia and/or SEA. This will include planning the delivery work, management of the broader delivery team as well as identifying the analysis needed to be done. The Manager is expected to bring sector and market expertise and experience to guide the team in their work and work closely with senior personnel in the team to ensure high quality project delivery
• Contributing to the growth and development of the KPMG Asia Pacific Life Sciences practice by actively participating in business development activities like managing bid responses and client engagements
• Contribute to the development of the HCLS team via active participation in activities that improve the ongoing operations and team engagement
• Support broader practice development activities including the following:
  - Supporting growth and development of the HCLS Commercial Excellence practice in Asia Pacific
  - Considering innovative client contracting models such as managed services, risk-reward, and asset-based engagements
  - Understanding how to take the solution ideas to clients in SEA, to drive business development, manage accounts, and ultimately deliver project engagements
  - Supporting identify and develop market and client opportunities to bring innovative solutions to clients and shape market impact
  - Support market and client business development to shape ecosystem impact and drive client outcomes

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least 7 - 10 years’ experience in Life Sciences market access and commercial excellence in SEA, with demonstrable credentials in one or more of the following areas:
  - Consulting experience, with delivery of medium / large size consulting projects
  - Industry experience in area of expertise
• Relevant Healthcare and Life Sciences professional qualifications
• Experience leading and managing teams
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Experience and interest in interfacing with senior industry executives
• Flexible, creative and innovative approaches to problem solving with a learning mindset
• Comfort operating in a regional environment across Asia Pacific

• Handle the design team to achieve targets for the Civil engineering, Geotechnical engineering, Infrastructural design works.
• Lead consultant and review their design to ensure to meet the relevant requirements and the project’s preference.
• Discuss the design results to the client and other stakeholders and obtain their agreement.
• Enhance the design to reduce cost and construction schedule effectively.
• Finish all design works including necessary approvals without adversary affecting the tender/construction schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board
• At least 7 years of marine civil design experience in a large-scale project.
• Good knowledge in international and domestic standards for design work.
• Experience in marine structure D&B plant project and overseas ODA project is an added advantage.
