About this job:
As an Ecommerce Assistant / Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce website as well as managing our Shopee and Lazada accounts.

You will learn and support in driving online sales, enhancing user experience, and ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our online store. You will also be required to learn and executive online marketing strategies for our brand.

Essential Task

· Uploading of New and Upcoming products to eCommerce Platform

· Ensure Pricing and Stock are accurate on all platforms

· Handle and fulfill daily enquires from Customers

· Invoicing and Preparation of eCommerce daily orders (Waybills,etc)

Online Marketing

· Participate in Content Creation

· Support the participation of online marketing campaigns and other online marketing strategy.

· Analyse web traffic, conversion rates, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

· Assist in the development of promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.

Job requirement

Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.

Job Description

• Assist the finance team for monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc group reporting.
• Assist in month-end deliverables, intra-group reconciliation and settlements, and accruals.
• Prepare internal and external group financial reports, regulatory returns, tax filings and etc.
• Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders.
• Coordinate and verify payments and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.
• Create monthly payment reports for management.
• Maintain Company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
• Collaborate with Financial Controller and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Accounting / Finance
• 3 years experience in accounting/finance
• Required language(s): Mandarin
• Able to work independently and as a team;
• Able to meet deadlines;
• Have a good interpersonal and analytical skills; and

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and execution of marketing plans for digital marketing communication plan which includes, website development, social media, search engine marketing and online advertising.
• Supports corporate and brand on digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop overall SEO strategies, involving keyword research, content auditing, competitor analysis and content gap analysis, SEO forecasts and link building activities to discover content topics to drive consumer engagement and audience growth to websites.
• Manages content for hotel’s website and ensure information are up to date.
• Drives e-commerce through data analytics and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with Revenue team on management of OTAs communications.
• Oversees collaborations and maximises marketing opportunities with Luxury Consortias, ensuring accurate and timely communication onto platforms.
• Assists and/or creates content for all the hotel’s social media platforms and drives engagement.
• Identifies potential Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and executes strategies to drive hotel’s awareness in the social media space.
• Reviews and identifies digital partnership opportunities to support hotel’s operations and business objectives.
• Manages digital reporting tools for hotel and communicates reports internally as well as supervises action plans for improvements where needed.
• Manages the updates and monitor the content of the preferred platforms and websites – PHG Meetings, Preferred Hotels, Preferred Family, I Prefer.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in digital marketing for service industry. Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
• Detailed understanding of digital marketing and social media landscape.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Detailed knowledge of video and photo editing tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Basic understanding of other languages will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of the pre-opening team.
