Job Responsibilities:

• Support department for daily and administrative works
• Prepare, compile and update Operation and Maintenance Manual for submission.
• Raise Material Requisition (MR) using in-house BC system.
• Assist in sourcing for products, project documentations.
• Assist to liaise with manufacturers and suppliers for product information.
• Assist to monitoring and updating of project deliveries trackers.
• Assist in compiling project material costs of purchased goods and tools record.
• Assist to generate reports, data, and other relevant documents as per project requirements.
• Assist in project monthly progressive claim tabulation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• With relevant working experience in admin / project support duties.
• Familiar with Aconex Submission procedure would be added advantage.

Job Scope

• Responsible for accounts receivable and payable.
• ⁠Monitoring AR ageing reports and follow up on accounts receivable
• Assisting in monthly reconciliation such as bank, inventory, account payable reconciliation
• ⁠Performing quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
• Handling inter-company billing and settlements
• Handling company full-set of accounts
• ⁠Preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditor
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements.

• Able to commence immediately, no long holiday
• Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• SAP B1 knowledge preferred
