Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Sales Executive located in Yishun. Our clients are hospital equipment and supplies in Singapore. This role involves managing sales activities across healthcare institutions, clinics, and retail pharmacies, with a focus on maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts while exploring new business opportunities in the designated area. The individual will be responsible for meeting sales targets, identifying potential clients, developing market segments, generating leads, and promoting the company’s products. Building strong rapport with stakeholders and monitoring competitors to gather relevant market information are also key aspects of the position.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or 'A' level
• Basic knowledge in medical products is an added advantage
• 2 years sales experience in medical industry selling medical equipment
• Class 3 license with own mode of transport preferred

Salary: $2,500 - $3,500

Job Responsibilities/Requirements

• Responsible for Full Set of accounts
• HR & Payroll experience
• Oversee Malaysia Company account
• Perform data-entries and handle day-to-day operations of accounting as and when
• Update cash book and monitor Cash flow
• Bank Reconciliation
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare audit schedule and audit's enquiries
• Prepare monthly financial statement
• Liaise with Auditors, Company Secretary, Shareholders, Banker and Tax Agent when necessary
• XBRL Filling
• Assist in Admin and HR related matters

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Accounting/Finance
• Min 2 years of relevant experience doing full set accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft excel and Autocount accounting system is an advantage
• Experience in HR & Payroll
• Experience in XBRL filling
• Prefer can start within short period of notice

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Preparation of daily/ weekly and monthly sales report for submission to reporting superior.
• Report on weekly clients visit listing to reporting superior.
• Constantly upgrade of product knowledge and sales skills set.

Requirements:

• “N”/ "O"/ "A" Level, Diploma Holder.
• Working experience in direct sales activities for digital multi-functional copiers preferred. Otherwise, candidates from the service industry (hotel/airlines) or with direct sales experience will also be considered
• Good communication skills and strong drive to succeed.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
