• Implement effective risk mitigating actions/plans for CFS as part of the team’s risk management activities.
• Processing of priority requests from compliance or local authorities
• File and/or Review escalated Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) for consideration of further escalation to Group Regulatory Compliance Unit for STR filing,
• Conducting Standard and/or Enhanced Customer Due Diligence reviews,
• Pogress tracking through update and reporting,
• Provid AML advisory support to internal stakeholders where required.
• Assists with risk management projects and activities, including optimisation,

Accounts Receivable 70%

• Record and posting of customer payment/receipts
• Update daily cash book
• Send Monthly SOA to customers every 1st week of the month
• Manage relationship with customers, include attending to queries and resolve disputes
• Liaise with internal department to resolve issues and disputes
• Send weekly update AR report to HQ (Friday) and respective sales representative for review
• Distribution & allocation of Customers funds to various internal station

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end closing activities, including the preparation and review of journal entries for the General Ledger (GL) module.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the addition and disposal of fixed assets, ensuring accurate recording in the financial system.
• Calculate and record depreciation for all fixed assets.
• Prepare detailed reports on fixed asset movements and valuations.
• Manage the end-to-end AP process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and disbursement.
• Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth financial operations
• Conduct reconciliation of payments or cheques (from Internet banking) presented against prepared list of payments issued.
• Check on daily cash position and report to Accountant.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent, ACCA preferred.
• With 3 - 5 years of working experience in Property Investment/ Developer company is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and, Microsoft Office, ACCPAC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
