Responsibilities

• To perform operation administrative duties and preparing operation reports to client;
• To maintain and upkeep documents, records and filing in proper document inventory;
• To manage and raise purchase requisition, purchase order, accruals, process and follow–up claims and invoices by service providers;
• To coordinate with HQ admin and finance departments for monthly invoicing and payment;
• To keep proper records for all monies collected and expenditure in relation to the management and maintenance of properties;
• To support in all necessary licenses and certificates renewal from the relevant authorities; and
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• The administrative executive shall possess a recognized Diploma with appropriate experience in the facilities management and customer relations.
