• Organize festive gifts, hampers (e.g., for Chinese New Year), greeting cards, and distributor certificates.
• Arrange cheque deposits and manage courier services.

Accounts Duties:

• Enter supplier invoices into SAP.
• Update details for Singapore customs permits.
• Send monthly exchange rate updates.
• Download daily bank transactions and share updated bank balances via email.
• Issue invoices to customers for freight charges.
• Distribute monthly Statements of Accounts and send reminder emails.
• Maintain and update SAP deadlines.
• Prepare payments and transfers using online banking platforms.
