Job Purpose:
As a sales & application executive With VITOP, you are responsible for managing the sales process for private eye clinics and government hospital eye department. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and use your knowledge of our products to plan seamless integrations and workflows.
Job Duties:
Promote and sell ophthalmic diagnostic instruments such as OCTs, retinal cameras, slit lamps and refraction systems
Responsible for effective territory planning and strong activity to achieve the maximum efficiency of time to prospect and cultivate new accounts, develop current accounts, obtain orders, and produce adequate sales volume to meet outlined sales goals
Conduct routine instrument demonstrations daily and tailor presentations and materials for specific customer needs and requirements
Maintain continuity with the customer as a source of information, problem solver, and educator
Job Requirements:
Past sales experience in ophthalmology and optometry field is preferred.
Business to Business Sales experience that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and ethical business practices
Strong presentation skills, Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and equipment to keep the workplace functional.
Manage monthly payroll processing and administration.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflict resolution and performance management.
Maintain documentation of employee database and personnel files
Perform office administrative duties, including reception duties and mail/courier handling, correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
Manage all insurance matters (e.g. work injury compensation, public liability, etc.)
Prepare and submit reports, government survey returns, etc.
Perform general HR administrative functions, such as recruitment, processing work passes and preparing appointment/confirmation letters, leave management and payroll management.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management or relevant fields
Min. 2-3 years’ experience in HR duties and/or administrative functions
Ability to effectively communicate with managers and employees of the organizations
Possess strong analytical skills and prepared to work hands-on with HR functions/ systems
Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision

Understand the requirement of customers for their direct and indirect MRO purchase enquiries.
Actively involve in sourcing, analysing purchase quotation, costing, negotiate the best commercial offer.
Ensure sales quotation needed is submitted on timely manner. Take initiatives to follow up closely, clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts.
Process sales order, and follow through the sales processes.
Close communication with vendors and customers, develope long term relationship.
Prepare and/or update database and activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by superior or management.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Professional Certificate / Diploma
Minimum 1-2 years related experience
Fluent in communication, both oral and written
Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Customer-driven, service-oriented, Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player
Discipline, ability to work and perform under pressure in a fast pace environment
Willing to learn and must possess a CAN-DO attitude
Sound judgement and good business sense
Remuneration package commensurate with qualification & experience.
