This is a full time role for a Sea Freight Executive located in ALPS Ave. Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry. You will be responsible for coordinating sea import shipments, managing import/export files, updating shipment statuses, and handling customer notifications. Responsibilities include processing invoices, checking shipment documents, and arranging transportation. Responsibilities:

• To assist in the overall management and technical operations of the Marine Fleet that includes the preparation, review and management of all technical documentation, vessel certificates, maintenance records, compliance records etc.

• Monitoring and controlling of the vessels consumables to prevent unnecessary wastage.
• To keep track of the vessels LSA, FFA, cargo hoses registry, lifting gears registry and PPE of all shipboard personnel.
• Appointed as safety committee member to carry out tool-box meetings for all the vessels and attend to vessel inspections.
• To work closely with the HES team to ensure smooth implementation and compliance of company's safety and quality standards
• To assist in investigating any defects / failures occurred and reporting all vessels incidents, near misses to prevent and eliminate any potential incidents
• To assist in maintaining crew records that inclusive of certificates, training, medical checks and coordinating in crew changes.
• To undertake any other technical related tasks and assignments as and when required.
