Paid Acquisition team plays a key role in TikTok User Growth strategy. We leverage a diverse range of incentives and design various gameplays to power the acquisition, retention and activation of TikTok users. We build end-to-end system to deliver user campaigns, from user approach and engagement activities, to resource allocation and benefit distribution. This role is responsible for designing portions of engineering solutions, developing and implementing parameters and test plans, and conducting feasibility studies.
