Responsibilities

• Independent Checking of some temporary Geotechnical and Structural Analysis, and design of ERSS structures
• Prepare ERSS strutting design report for piers’ pile cap
• Coordination of shop drawing preparation and submission
• Application of re-used beam and connection pieces to reduce overall costs and construction period
• Prepare ERSS strutting design report for overrun tunnel with 4 layers of strutting.
• Prepare ERSS strutting design report at sheet pile
• Coordination of shop drawing preparation and submission
• Prepare ERSS strutting design report for overrun tunnel with 4 layers of strutting.
• Prepare ERSS strutting design report at sheet pile
• Coordination of shop drawing preparation and submission
• Prepare ERSS strutting design report for Bridge
• Prepare sheet pile design serving as seepage barriers at drainage (inlet structure)
• Coordination of shop drawing preparation and submission
• Conduct plaxis analysis & design for new works (tender) at service trench route
• Prepare ERSS strutting design report for Launching & Receiving Shaft with 4 layers of strutting
• Coordination of shop drawing preparation and submission

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree in Civil and/ or Structural/Geotechnical Engineering
• Min 2 years of related experience in geotechnical/structural steelworks/structural steel design, ERSS Steel Design
• Good communication skills and proficient in MS Office

You will play a lead role in managing the Building Services Contractors in the construction of underground MRT stations. You will be involved with managing the safety, quality and progress of the Contractors’ works. You will assist the Project Managers in planning and managing the cashflows of the various contracts as well as the issuance of instructions and assessment of variations/ payments/ claims.

You will liaise with various parties, such as other project teams, system wide and civil contractors, designers, architects, stakeholders and appointed Railway Operator to ensure that the projects are well coordinated.

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects

• Good appreciation of the constraints and interface requirements of civil, electrical works

• Strong project management and leadership skills with proven track records

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Team player who is analytical, resourceful and result-oriented

You will be part of the Rail Group (Electrical and Mechanical) to supervise the construction of rail transit projects. In the course of your work, you will assist the Engineer to review the contractor's materials submissions, test procedures, method statements and shop drawings, monitor progress of contractor's site activities and ensure timely completion of the work. You will be assigned to work on one of the following services:

Building Services

You will work on various Electrical and Mechanical building services systems such as environmental control and tunnel ventilation system, local sequential control system, building management system, compressed air system, uninterruptible power supply, emergency lighting systems, PLC controls for Electrical and Mechanical equipment, addressable fire alarm system, clean gas total flooding system, automatic fire sprinkler system and emergency power supply system.

Environment Control System

You will work on the Environment control systems comprising tunnel ventilation, air distribution, chilled water, mechanical ventilation and smoke control and Local Sequential control Systems.

Electrical Services

You will work on the Electrical services comprising the Main electrical switchboards, emergency generators, cabling works, uninterruptable power supply, lighting and lightning protection Systems.

Fire Protection

You will work on the fire protection systems comprising addressable automatic fire alarm, automatic clean gas total flooding, dry mains, hose- reel and automatic fire sprinkler systems.

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• Strong project management skills

• Good communication, written and interpersonal skills

• Able to perform shift work including weekends

• Candidates with strong relevant years of experience will be considered for senior positions

Job responsibilities:

· Mobile or fixed core network voice solution delivery, including service delivery solution preparation in pre-sale phase, HLD/LLD design, hardware installation, software commissioning, integration, acceptance testing, software upgrade, service migration and maintenance.

· Act as the technical director in the project delivery team, manage a technical team of 3 ~ 6 engineers.

· Monitor and manage project progress, reporting to management team with progress and issues. Ensure completion of projects within timeline and scope of work.

· Arrange the technical workshop with customers, including planning team, operation team.

· Share knowledge to team and provide technical assistance to them.

· Act as the mentor of new employees.

Job requirements:

· 8 + years’ experience in telecom equipment vendor hands-on experience in voice solution design, deployment, service migration and maintenance.

· Experience in swapping other vendor’s core network voice solution equipment is preferred.

· Excellent knowledge of Core Network system including IMS, CS, NGN.

· Thorough knowledge of VoLTE service, VoBB service, CS/NGN service, interfaces, protocols, etc.

· Very good knowledge of NFV/CloudOS/VNFM/IP.

· Strong sense of integrity, responsibility and initiative.

· Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English. Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China.

· Self-organized, able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
