Accounting Duties:

• Invoice Management: Create, issue, and track invoices to customers for goods or services sold on credit.
• Collections: Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Credit Control: Review creditworthiness, and monitor customer payment history.
• Cost Control: Implement cost-saving measures and monitor expenses to optimize profitability.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for overseeing the operation of telecommunications (PABX), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Business Continuity Management (BCM) as well as other operational support services. You will monitor and review existing maintenance service contracts, ensuring that services are delivered on schedule and meet the required standards. You will lead and manage initiatives to achieve excellence in service quality, while also supporting and enhancing the centre’s infrastructure. You will work with different stakeholders including regulatory bodies to ensure timely project completion and compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Specific
- Handle full sets of accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AP, AR, Balance sheet, and P&L for monthly and yearly reporting in CHINESE
- Responsible for daily transaction posting (AR/AP/Others) and all finance operation matters
- Handle receipts, payments, claims, and records into the accounting system on a timely basis
- Maintain monthly and yearly schedules for management and audit
- Bank reconciliation reports and monthly reconciliation of company balances
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to align the strategic goal of the company
- Support on queries from external auditors and tax agents
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience handling full set accounts
- FMCG experience will be preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Good working knowledge in Excel
- Possess initiative and ability to multitask
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
- Requires to communicate in Chinese with Chinese speaking co-workers and clients
