Responsibilities
1. Appointment Planning and Management
- Plan and manage appointments for water purifier installation and service maintenance.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule installations and maintenance services efficiently.
- Ensure all appointments are logged and tracked in the company system.
2. Customer Service and Follow-Up
- Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage customer feedback and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Follow up on the closure of cases with the customer service department to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. On-Site Assistance
- Assist on-site with the installation and maintenance of water purifiers.
- Ensure installations and maintenance services are carried out according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during installations and maintenance.
4. Roadshow Support
- Assist in the setup and tear down of roadshows and promotional events.
- Ensure all equipment and promotional materials are transported and set up correctly.
- Provide support during roadshows to promote products and services effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic technical knowledge related to water purifiers or similar products.
- Ability to handle physical tasks related to installation and event setup.
Reporting to: Manager
Work Hours: Full-time, including occasional weekends and public holidays as required for roadshows and customer appointments. 5.5 work week.
Skills Required
● Minimum Higher Nitec or A Level equivalent
● Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license
● Operations/Logistics management experience

● Team player with positive work attitude
● Takes initiative and has a strong sense of accountability
● Possess strong customer service skills
Estimated Salary
● $2500 to $3500
