Where required, gather and provide information on a daily, monthly and annual basis, including schedules, consumable issues and usage etc. • Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Manager. • Work with members of other teams as required. • Check all equipment that require replacement items as needed. • Report faulty equipment to the Manager within 12 hours of breakdown. • Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the Manager. • Monitor standards and compliance of work performed by outsourced contractors. • Monitor and assist in planning for holiday work requirements (bi/annual cleaning work). • Other duties as assigned. Must be able to work on rotational shifts, public holidays and weekends.

• To plan, manage a team of technician and callback and ensure daily operation are carried out according to requirements set by HDB and Town council.
• To Monitor Tele Monitoring System (TMS) mantrap, daily breakdown rate and chronic lifts data and consolidate all the informations and conduct weekly preventive measures meeting and share the informations with all the team leaders.
• Carry out monthly and quarterly lift servicing according to assigned schedule.
• Joint inspection with Town Council and BCA pertaining to the adherance of the regulatory requirements set by BCA and relevant governing bodies.

Requirements

• Min Nitec in Engineering
• At least 1-2 years relevant Supervisory working experience.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills

• Inspect and assist in issuance of E-Token for soil disposal
• Review & supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation
• Verify & check quantity of work done for progress payment
• Provide other services required
• Assist in operating of Project Monitoring Control Centre ( PMCC )

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS)
• Site/work safety certifications would be an advantage
• Contractor site work experience would be an advantage
• Min 3 years of experience in road works / LTA projects / viaduct / flyover

Candidates with many safety certifications and many years of experience without a diploma would be considered
