• Data entry for all the accounts payable/accounts receivable invoices and ensure that invoices are recorded using the appropriate account codes.
• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Matching and posting of payments from debtors in system
• Prepare AR/AP ageing reports
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Ensure billings to companies/inter-companies are done on a correct and timely basis
• Manage company ledgers and assist in closing the books monthly.
• Checking on staff claim and company credit card expenses
• Filing of documents and update of files
• Assist with audit completion and handling auditor queries during annual audit
• Other duties as assigned by the departmental manager.
