Duties and responsibilities

 Check, tally AR daily Collection on bank statement, cash book.

 Prepare Monthly AR Aging Report and generate Customer Statement of

Accounts.

 Monitor customer activities through our Fleetnetic system.

 Follow up closely for customer aging with sales team.

 Check coding and post invoices from Fleetnetic system into Autoline.

 Prepare monthly bulk collection and monitor collection status.

 Monitor AR balance for both Autoline and Fleetnetic system.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma and above

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

· Ensure that all invoices are posted timely in the accounting system

· Manage vendor invoices by matching to Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO).

· Process claims, reimbursements and suppliers’ invoices.

· Handle bi-monthly payment cycle.

· Co-ordinate with respective account signatories for signing.

Admin Support:

· Preparing, proofreading, and distributing documents, reports, and memos.

· Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.

· Filing and retrieving documents (both electronic and physical).

· Serving as co-ordinator and a liaison between the department and external contacts.

· Drafting and sending official communications on behalf of the organization or executives.

Other accounting/admin support:

· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

Desirable Attributes & Qualifications:

· Certificate, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent is an advantage.

· 1 – 3 years’ experience in relevant fields is an advantage.

· Meticulous and diligent.

· Ability to work well in teams.

· Experience with accounting software.

Working Days:

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.30pm
