· Experience from the professional services industry, understanding business models for advisory services delivered by consultants or as digital delivery.

· Several years of leadership experience, including effective delegation and team development

· Experience in working in a cross-cultural setting, having the ability to respect and understand cultural diversity and be able to communicate and relate to personnel at different levels.

· Experience with managing and driving performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy/ACCA/CA/CPA
• At least 3 to 5 years experience handling Consolidation function which include Reporting, Analysis, Budget & Forecasting
• Audit and Commercial experience is a plus

• Oracle software experience is a plus
