Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 3-5 years of total working experience in a b2c industry with a minimum of 1 year experience in management consulting, specialising in of these domain areas: e-Commerce, Campaigns and Programs, Costs Optimisation, User Acquisition & Retention, Product Marketing, Promotions, Seller Marketing, Brands, or Seller Management

PERFECTION TCM is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market and also Bishan. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

Job Key Responsibilities：

· Managing the day to day Operations of the designated outlet assigned.

Store operating hours:
Paragon boutique - 11am to 9pm. - One hour lunch break.
Takashimaya boutique - 9.30am to 9.30pm (2 shifts)

Moring shift - 9.30am to 6.30pm - One hour lunch break.
Afternoon shift - 12.30pm to 9.30pm - One hour dinner break.
Full shift with two breaks.

Job scope:

• Oversee stores (Takashimaya & Paragon) when the Boutique Manager is off duty
• Assistance to Boutique Manager in all the duties (sales & budget, retail operations & administration, Customer Service, Merchandising & Promotions, and Staff)
• Proper execution of paperwork for all stores. Accuracy of all receipts
• Maintain good customer relationship and regular update of products to customers.
• Ensure good housekeeping of stores
• Ensure proper and timely replenishment of stocks
• Achieve sales target
