About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Finance professional to take on an important role in driving excellence across the areas of Financial Planning and Analysis as well as compliance with corporate polices and procedures, and statutory requirements. He/She will oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Group. He/She will perform timely and comprehensive variance analysis to identify key causes of business variances for performance measurement purposes. He/She is a subject matter expert in Financial Reporting and Accounting Standards and will be appointed as the designated key person for the ERP system implementation / integration / improvement. Duties will include:

• Oversee all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis functions including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including annual reporting, ASX compliance, BAS, audit and taxation.
• Business partnering with other departments to ensure financial goals are achieved.
• Advise management on Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) including researching on new/changes to FRS that may impact the Group.
• Manage the ERP system and be the key contact person for any upgrading, migration and integration projects.
• Assist in month-end/quarter-end/half-yearly/year-end closing and reporting.
• Any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned.

Your Skills & Experience

You will have proven Finance experience in a commercial environment and a skillset including:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• CA qualified
• At least 5 -7 years of working experience with at least 3 - 5 years working in Big 4 audit firms.
• Conversant in FRS and Statutory Reporting requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Netsuite is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Extensive experience in managing financial controls, policies, and procedures, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Proficiency in managing financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, cost control, and compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in complex and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with complex stakeholder groups
• Singaporean or PR

Seeking Technical Project Manager with Certified Scrum Profession SCP certification for 1 year project renewable assignment .

Work Location: Changi Business Park

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to work with application development teams / agile squad(s) to achieve project goals.
• Work closely with business users and technical team from user stories till implementation.
• Identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Coordinate with stake holders, team members and sponsors to ensure project progress and issues are clearly communicated.
• Manage project expenses, resource allocation and vendor contracts.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects meet quality, security and compliance standards.
• Ensure proper tracking of all documentation such as User Stories and design work framework.
• Assist with platform reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ work experience and minimum 3 years related experience in IT project management in financial services
• Agile project management skill with experience on at least minimum 2 projects in recent 2 years.
• Must be equipped with hands-on experience in requirement gathering, Development, Support, Bug fixing & Testing
• Experience in Bug tracking, fixing, retesting/regression testing
• Knowledge of new tech stack will be an added advantage such as KAFKA, API an MariaDB
• Certified Scrum Profession SCP certification is a must.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin as you need to communicate with overseas chinese-speaking business counterparts in this role for overseas projects.
• Project Management Profession PMP certification will be desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly management reports (vs budget) and rolling forecasts, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis for business reviews.
• Prepare Group and BU monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial analysis reports, board papers and other requested information.
• Work closely with subsidiaries finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly results, forecasts and annual budget.
• Monitor the internal control, act as an administer for key financial system.
• Assist in FP&A improvement processes, lead and contribute to system improvement projects, reporting alignment and other regional initiatives.
• Assist in Finance Transformation tasks such as system implementation, process improvements, automation process and tasks re-allocation.
• Any other duties and projects as assigned by reporting officer.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with financial planning software is desirable.
• Experience in Salesforce/SAP
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
