Roles & Responsibilities:-

· To assist the General Manager and is able to prepare and maintain the ITP, WPS. He/she will work with the project engineer and coordinate the quality related activities. Audit documentation management of projects to ensure that they comply with the related Code and Standards, and project specification requirements.

· Prepare and maintain the QA/QC documents such as project quality plan, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), WPS & PQR, WQTs, quality related specification and test procedures.

· Maintain the ISO 9001 standard/requirements which need to frequently to audit the projects.

· Prepare and maintain the WPS & PQR and Welders Qualification Test records, and witness Qualification Test.

· Implement and manage the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control System as per established project quality plans.

· Identify, develop and supervise a team of project QA/QC to ensure that Quality Assurance activities meet established targets and standards.

· Build up a system for each project to them to maintain their inspection and testing reports in particular for Mill Certificates, Civil works, Tank construction, Piping Test Package Preparation, E & I works and etc.

· Liaise with Clients and Sub-contractor on all QA/QC related activities, meetings and relevant issues.

· Help the project team Critically review all non-conformance reports, defects reports, and then organize and manage the corrective action required to rectify the non-conformances.

· Conduct QA audit during the project for continuous improvement, and carry out necessary training for the project QC staffs.

· Ensure compliance with the company’s SOPs, Quality, HSE policies, and code of business ethics to eliminate non-conformance and re-works.

· Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the company.
