• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our team! In this role, you will handle phone inquiries, manage data entries, and address customer complaints with the best solutions or alternatives. You will collaborate closely with the operations department to ensure smooth processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle phone inquiries and provide prompt and effective solutions.
• Perform data entries and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide alternative solutions when necessary.
• Work closely with the operations team to support service delivery.
• Take on other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department.

• Monthly Salary: $2390 per month
