Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

To support the Service Commissioning team on the commissioning and testing of security and communication systems as well as to provide continual technical support to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV, Public Address, and other Security & Communication systems;
• Analyze equipment failures to determine the cause and recommend/take corrective actions
• Ensure all assigned jobs are completed timely and meet customers’ specification
• Provide support to Project Team on the implementation of new projects
• Attend and carry out rectification works at the site
• Carry out standby duties as per roster for urgent service requests outside office hour
• Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support
• Provide support to projects during the DLP period to ensure all rectification works are completed before handover

Job Requirements:

• With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field;
• A good team player, independent, and able to work under pressure;
• Positive and willing to learn attitude, coupled with the ability to take the initiative;

Attend field service ticket assigned by helpdesk, working on the ticket with status update, interrupt the ticket whenever necessary, close ticket when done with resolution. Follow up with interrupt tickets. Maintain a good manner for parts handling, for return & disposal.

Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. · Performs hardware repairs on a component level.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.

• Exceptional customer service skills are needed.
• Ability to organize and inventory truck stock parts and tools.
• Sense of urgency, organizational skills, professional presence and work in team environment.
• Ability to pass MVR, background and drug test where required.
