Job Description

• Responsible for being the overall in charge of the customer service team
• In charge of ensuring accountability and integrity operational readiness of the team
• In charge of developing the team to achieve excellent service level, productivity and efficiency
• In charge of ensuring compliance to company policies, financial, process and industrial standards
• In charge of ensuring staff are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their responsibility to the required standards
• Responsible in developing all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the team’s operation is effectively maintained to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Taking charge of constantly reviewing and streamline workflow and working conditions in order to achieve labor turnover and efficient operation.
• Provide the point of escalation for team for any operational issues.
• Responsible in preparing the reports & present recommendations to external stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Minimum 1 Years of working experience in being a team lead

Responsibilities:

• To maintain a professional, positive and empathetic attitude at all times
• Provide professional and excellent customer support, encouraging customers to come back
• To satisfactorily respond to customers’ demands and queries with excellence.
• To gather and retain customer information
• Communicate and coordinate with the team and management to ensure smooth operations
• Provides feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
• Professional looking and well-groomed to the standards set
• Proficient in customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm in any given situation
• Possess digital literacy
• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience will be a plus
• Prior experience in the beauty line preferred

Support Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) and study team with administrative, documentation, budget management and logistic activities related to Clinical studies during the operational phase of clinical trials to ensure the timely delivery of quality data while complying with internal Standard Operating Procedures, applicable laws and ICH Good Clinical Practice.
