Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service-related roles, preferably within enrichment centres
• Proficient in MacBook and G-Suite applications (e.g., Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets)
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written) with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrates effective and efficient customer service abilities

About the Team

We are the TikTok E-Commerce Affiliate engineering team. The E-Commerce affiliate is a platform that brings together merchants and creator for transactions. We are mainly responsible for the algorithm engineering of the E-Commerce affiliate. - Participate in the development of AI customer service within the TikTok e-commerce ecosystem to help our sellers better serve our customers. including multi-round dialogue, FAQ, prompt engineering, etc

- Engage in and improve the end-to-end lifecycle of services from design, development, capacity planning, and launch reviews to deployment, operation, and optimizations;

- Optimize system scalability, reliability, sustainability, velocity, and architecture efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field;

- 2+ years experience working with Linux systems, and development experience in JavaScript, Python, Go, C++, or related languages;

Case Management

• Assess the community health and social care needs
• Coordinate support and service placement (where required)
• Develop and pilot work flows, protocols and process that facilitate the integration of social and health care for residents
