ENSURE TIMELY REQUISITION OF INVENTORY AND STOCK CONTROL FOR STATIONERY AND SUPPLIES FOR THE DEPARTMENT 

• Handle requisition, inventory and stock control for stationery and supplies for department  
• Process all purchase requisitions and verify invoices  
• Ensure timely delivery of inventory and stationery 
• Requisite and process order for water cooler  
• Coordinate toner order and servicing of photocopier  
• Assist to request user ID for newcomers and deactivate user ID for staff who resign 

ADMINISTRATION AND MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES  

• Monitor and upkeep all maintenance items including renewal of contract/agreement  
• Maintain and update all colleagues personnel records 
• Monitor and update colleagues PHs, annual and medical leave records  
• Manage Petty Cash, Casual Labour and Expense payments and records  
• Process all purchase requisitions and verify invoices  
• Maintaining and updating of Department’s Time and Attendance records 
• Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel and department 

INVOLVEMENT AS A MEMBER OF THE GUEST SERVICES TEAM 

• General knowledge of Front Office Operations  
• Familiar with T&C policies and procedures  
• Familiar with Labour Laws in accordance to the Government guidelines  
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows and its relevant programs  
• Knowledge of inventory and stock control  
• To handle any projects or assignments given from time to time

Roles and Responsibilities

Operations

• To enforce entry/exit check in compliance with regulations
• To ensure accuracy when recording forced handpay, big win, jackpot and taking down player’s particulars in the handpay form
• To attend to players’ needs, enquiry and provide excellent customer service
• To alert the duty Jackpot Executive or Branch OIC immediately of failures, impending failure to all hardware and software pertinent to the smooth operations of the Branch
• To ensure that all machine keys and safe keys are in safe custody
• To attend to machines faults and perform simple repairs
• To educate players on slot machine functions and explain game features
• To handle any unclaimed bills found on the gaming floor or inside the machine
• To witness ram clear, machine configuration, testing, seal and break seal of slot machine after technician has repaired in accordance to SOPs, and filling up the necessary forms for submission to finance
• To oversee collection weekly
• To maintain cleanliness of jackpot floor area and perform regular sanitization
• To assist problem gamblers and provide assistance e.g. self-exclusion form as requested by members before implementing the ban
• Record for any job done in the machine status log book when opening of machine door is required

Cashiering Duties

• Opening and closing of shift
• Ticket redemption and payment
• To monitor and be responsible for cash float

Management Duties

• To help gather and provide ground feedback to Manager
• To guide and impart necessary skills and knowledge to new colleagues.
• To provide useful feedback for the improvement of Branch operations.
• To perform all tasks as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory position
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service skill
• Computer literature
• Able to perform shifts work including weekends & public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Work in a team to establish best or alternative solutions that are feasible within the technology and timeline constraints to deliver projects and change requests.
• Analyse and troubleshoot software-related problems reported by end-users, identify root causes, and propose effective solution.
• Develop, test, and deploy new software applications.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Superior analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude and ability to perform in a team environment.
• Familiar with OOP design principles and strong Java development skills.
• In-depth knowledge in secure coding practice. Familiar with code quality tools and enjoy following clean code practice.
• Knowledge of GIT and experience in code versioning with GitLab.

Job Purpose:
The Clinical Governance Officer (CGO) is responsible for ensuring the clinical services provided by the healthcare institution adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. o Provide clinical governance and technical oversight over the licensable healthcare service or specified service.

2. Policy Implementation and Review:
o Ensure the implementation and regular review of policies and systems for clinical governance, clinical risk management, effective quality management systems, and any other clinical and technical related matters.
o Identify and remedy any weaknesses or inadequacies related to clinical or technical aspects, informing the licensee and proposing preventive measures.

3. Compliance and Standards:

4. Risk Management:

o Be available to handle matters requiring the CGO's attention or appoint suitably qualified personnel if unavailable.
