Key Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory submissions and data governance functions.

• Prepare and submit key reports including:

• MAS Notice 610 (Submission of Statistics and Returns).

• MAS 758 (Minimum Cash Balance submission).

• Qualifying Liabilities / Liabilities Base Return.

• Fortnightly Asset Maintenance Report.

• MAS Notice DIA-N01 (Deposit Insurance Returns).

• Monthly RMB FX turnover by product types.

• Handle other data governance tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, from a recognized university.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in regulatory reporting or a similar role within the banking sector.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with internal and external Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong aptitude for handling financial data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

Duties

• Effectively lead the safety team and ensure the implementation of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Management Systems to minimize risks and accidents.
• Review and update all risk assessments to maintain compliance with WSH regulations and legal standards.
• Investigate on-site incidents and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure adherence to WSH Act provisions, enforce safety measures, and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance among staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure the effectiveness of fire protection systems and emergency response management for the office and factory.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement activities like drills and competitions.
• Liaise with statutory bodies, keep up to date on WSH regulations, and ensure compliance with waste management and licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Registered as WSHO with MOM
• Min 3 years of experience performing as a WSHO
