Minimum qualifications

Diploma / Degree - Salary ranges from $2,500 - $3,500 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.

The scope which is non-exhaustive will include the following:

1) Manpower Monitoring and Planning: Proactively assess and manage the manpower situation to ensure adequate support and resource allocation.

2) Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and communicate deployment plans for SPF officers and new entrants.

3) Administrative Management: Oversee administrative tasks, including the maintenance of databases, preparation of monthly reports, and management of payment processes.

4) Procurement Activities: Facilitate the procurement of services and items as required, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

5) HR System Support: Assist with system-related HR functions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

6) Other ad-hoc responsibilities.

Job requirement:

• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced working environment.

• Comfortable in handling different profiles of internal and external stakeholders.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with learning a new system (i.e. HRP).
