• Proficient 2D drafting skills in AutoCAD
• Excellent 3D modelling and rendering skills in Sketch-up, Revit, Rhino, 3D Max, V-ray, Lumion
• Proficient presentation skills in Adobe Creative Suite software - InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• BCA Academy’s GMAP, BIM Modeling/ BIM Management and other IDD certifications will be an added advantage.
• Singapore Citizen or individual not requiring a work visa

Participates in a wide variety of initiatives and contributes to our design strategy concepts and development. Our designers are responsible for all phases of the project. They focus on learning and improving in the areas of research, concept development, brand strategy, design, execution, and visualization. Must be proactive and responsive in delivering highly creative work that supports the team and the firm. Our designers are expected to participate and support projects on all creative levels. All designers play a key role in our team and are given multiple opportunities to grow and assume more responsibilities. 3-5 years of experience are welcome to apply for this position.

General Duties

• Design driven with experience in show flat, residential and/or hospitality projects

• Have good excellent communication skills

• Ability to resolve technical issues in line with the project's design intent

• Creative thinking to develop new ideas, space planning, design development, and produce construction drawing for fabrication.

• Manage budget and deadlines on agile projects

• Able to work on weekends and OT

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture/Interior Design

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience (Remuneration shall be discussed based on experience) • Proficiency in Autocad, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop and MS Powerpoint.
