RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Producer and Executive Producer in all pre-production, production and post-production matters.
• Assist in liaison work with internal production units and external companies.

• Provide customer service at the reception counter to support staff,

parents, students, and visitors, including answering phone calls

and addressing inquiries.

• Maintaining and updating of data records, filing of documents,

inventories etc.

• Preparation of resources for the teaching of Science and Math

Department (where applicable) and General Office.

• Assist in any general and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Admin

Manager and School Leaders.
