JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collection and transportation of deceased
• Preparation of coffin and encoffining
• Loading and unloading of heavy items / coffins
• Performing a variety of tasks during the funeral process, such as providing assistance during funeral rites, closing of casket, guiding the bereaved family etc.
• Driving of funeral hearse
• Assist funeral advisors during the funeral process to ensure smooth proceedings
• Maintaining tidiness of company vehicles and premises
• Maintaining courteous manner with all customers, vendors and colleagues
• Other ad hoc tasks as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Class 3/3A Driving license with clean record
• Ability to carry up to 25kg
• Computer literate
• Able to do shift work and work overtime when needed
• Candidates should be comfortable with holding joss sticks, close contact with the deceased etc.

Job duties

• Support manufacturing activities assigned by Supervisor
• Compiles and records production data for industrial establishment to prepare records and reports on volume of production, and other aspects of production
• Work with delivery and courier services to ensure timely delivery to clients
• Keep internal teams informed about shipping and logistics activities
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and logistics records
• Create packing labels and assist the packing team as needed
• Complete tasks for job costing and organize print samples
• Streamline logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Provide additional backup support for store department on printing labels
• Coordinate interactions with inter departments
• Assist in Quality Department in preparing and maintaining some documentation
• Any other duties as and when assigned
