We are a young aspiring dental care service provider, dedicated to provide excellent service of dentistry to the community.

The candidate is expected to report to our clinic @ Grantral Mall, conveniently located near Tai Seng MRT station.

Responsibilities as a Dental Assistant:

1. Support the dentist in all aspects of patient care, including getting appropriate instruments and materials required for specific dental procedure.

2. Ensure the comfort of patient throughout the treatment

3. Responsible for the cleaning and sterilization of instruments and equipment

4. Carry out stock check

5. Perform front desk duties with courtesy and professionalism

6. Booking and managing appointments, attending to walk-in and phone enquiries, registering patients, billing, collecting payments.

7. General housekeeping to ensuring clinic cleanliness.

Job Requirements:

· Prior experience in dental assisting would be an added advantage. On-job training will be provided for those without prior experience.

· Team player

· Computer literate

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

Staff Benefits :

· 5.5 days per week, weekdays hour- 9:00am to 6.00pm and Saturday - 9:00am to 1:00pm

Salary :$1,900 to $2,400.00 per month.

Contract: 6 months (renewable)

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working hours: Mon - Fri (830am - 6pm)

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the recruitment process, for example: assist in scheduling interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, maintain and update recruitment databases, and prepare recruitment-related documents.
• Support HR events such as sourcing for quotes, designing EDMs
• Act as an internal consultant to management and employees on HR-related matters
• Assist the HR Management team in implementing various HR strategies, initiatives, and policies to achieve organizational goal.

Requirements

• GCE A Levels / Diploma holder and above
• Relevant working experience in HR related functions is preferred;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook;
• Meticulous, and able to work independently and efficiently;
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
