Contract: 6 months (renewable)
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working hours: Mon - Fri (830am - 6pm)
Responsibilities
- Provide support for the recruitment process, for example: assist in scheduling interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, maintain and update recruitment databases, and prepare recruitment-related documents.
- Support HR events such as sourcing for quotes, designing EDMs
- Act as an internal consultant to management and employees on HR-related matters
- Assist the HR Management team in implementing various HR strategies, initiatives, and policies to achieve organizational goal.
Requirements
- GCE A Levels / Diploma holder and above
- Relevant working experience in HR related functions is preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook;
- Meticulous, and able to work independently and efficiently;
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
