Our team is dedicated to providing customized solutions across investments and risk management, family governance, wealth transfer planning, strategic support for family businesses and philanthropy. As we grow from a small to a medium-sized enterprise, we seek an experienced Head of Operations to ensure operational efficiency and support both our front and back office teams. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Provide vision, direction and oversight for current operational staff to ensure high service quality for clients.
Implementation: Support the CEO and General Counsel to implement and maintain operational guidelines, trade instructions, and internal policies. Ensure that all processes align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Compliance Framework: Continuously help develop and refine the operational and compliance frameworks to support the business’s strategic goals, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Technology & Infrastructure Oversight: Take ownership of the company’s IT and office infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, regular maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.
Data Management & Reporting: Ensure the timely and accurate management of client data and regulatory filings. Oversee client reporting processes and ensure deadlines are met.
Board & Executive Reporting: Provide regular and ad-hoc operational reports to the Board, CEO, and General Counsel. Identify areas of improvement and provide insights into operational efficiencies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front office to ensure that client service levels are maintained and enhanced. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across all functions.
Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and IT consultants, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management within the financial industry, ideally within wealth management, private banking, or family office environments.
Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services in Singapore.
Leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results.
Technologically savvy, with experience in overseeing IT infrastructure, ideally with an understanding of digital architecture and software platforms.
Strong Microsoft office skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to operational excellence, with a focus on process improvement and risk management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the business and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
