• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification is an advantage.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Senior HR, with a focus on areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Previous experience in a senior HR role or as a Senior HR Generalist.
