Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and filling as well as administrative duties such as invoicing and processing orders etc
• Weekly submission of invoices via portal & follow-up duties
• Stocks take & logistics managment
• Arrange local & overseas courier and dispatch services as needed, ensuring timely delivery of packages and documents
• Liaising with vendors to ensure timely procurement of goods and services
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department
Key skills & Experiences:
• Relevant experience in similar capacity is preferred
• Able to work independently
• Responsible, excellent team player, independent, and a good level of Initiative
• Comfortable with IT applications including Excel, Ms Word, Google sheet etc
