We are looking for a creative Graphic Illustrator to join our team and share our passion for helping other businesses grow!

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore. You will be responsible for creating high-quality illustrations for a variety of purposes, including print media, digital content, and marketing materials. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop visually compelling illustrations that showcases our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for illustrations
• Creating rough sketches and final illustrations based on design briefs and project requirements
• Utilising a variety of illustration techniques, digital is a plus
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Maintaining a strong understanding of colour theory, composition, and layout
• Collaborating effectively with the marketing team
• Meeting deadlines and working independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your best creative work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to take direction and feedback constructively
• A passion for visual storytelling and a desire to create engaging illustrations

Responsibilities

o Coordinate simple interior decoration work (Commercial Offices)

o Handle project submission & work process documents to Landlord / Building Management

o Monitor Work Progress on-site

o To manage projects by supervising and coordinating the site activities

o Attending site meetings, coordination works with operation team, main contractors, etc

o Keep updated site progress to managing director / project manager

o Handle weekly progress report and variation order

o Liaise / Correspondence with landlord, management & clients etc.

Requirements

- Knowledge of Building Management is an advantage

- Preferably with AutoCAD and / or MS Project hands on knowledge.

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

In the position of a Senior Product Designer, you'll be at the forefront of multiple initiatives, navigating various problem spaces within the team. The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Distill broad, conceptual ideas into practical and engaging interfaces.
• Actively involved in defining product strategy.

• Advocate for our diverse user base with hard data and in-depth research to help meet their unique needs.
• Plan, prioritize coordinate, and conduct behavioral analysis, user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, and usability testing.
• Create flows, sketches, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts, solicit feedback, and drive an aligned approach among your team and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency across all of our products & integrations by adhering to our design system standards and making updates when necessary. Work with engineering, product management, data, marketing, etc. to eliminate inconsistencies.

The Must-Haves

• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design capabilities is required.
• Experience with designing for web and app interfaces
• Think in terms of design systems and making rational design decisions.
• Understand the technical limitations and liberties behind your decisions and have enough chops to communicate your ideas to our engineers.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate your design and the decisions that led to it through strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills.
• Visual design skills, especially in the construction of visual hierarchies, and attention to detail in typography, spacing, and color.
• 5+ years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, and interaction designer.
• Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Protopie, or tools with similar purposes.
