RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, develop and manage bancassurance business portfolio with Bank partner(s).

• Identify and develop retail distribution opportunities with Bank partner(s).

• Develop and deliver digital initiatives and innovations to improve customer experience and to support the growth of consumer segments business.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish / optimize infrastructure design and enhance existing processes to meet business goals

• Plan and coordinate the functions of Infrastructure, Network and EUC

• Identify customer and operational needs of multiple on-premises and cloud-based solutions, serving as a subject-matter expert and trusted source to management, supervising and evaluating the performance of assigned staff

• Oversee and deliver reliable IT infrastructure, Network, and EUC operations with established metrics, KPIs and SLOs

• Maintain and evaluate Lifecycle management of infrastructure hardware

Position Summary :

The Integration Manager leads an Engineering team which is responsible to Integrate, Verify, Validate and Qualify the solution or system in line with customer requirements. An Integration Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that various software systems within an organization work seamlessly together.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

1. Oversee Integration Projects: Plan and execute system integration projects to ensure seamless interoperability between different software applications, hardware systems, and IT infrastructures.

Essential Requirements:
