Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.

Working hours are from 12 noon to 12 midnight. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Concierge team to ensure the highest quality of service experience to our guests while maintaining smooth operations.
• Involved in operations and be accountable for the Concierge teams service delivery, provides coaching and advisory to help team members deliver the expected service experience.
• Actively refine the service standards and SOPs; communicate and cascade to team members and our service partner to ensure they are adhered to.
• Ensure counter coverage with review of in-house/outsourced team staffing rosters; stand-in at the counter in the event of staff shortage.
• Attend to special events e.g. VIP visits, service recovery incidents or escalated feedback.
• Actively curate and deliver training contents to constantly refresh the Concierge team on the SOPs, service best practices and other contents.
• Respond to customer feedback emails, collate feedback register on a monthly basis with recommendations on improvements.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any discipline
• 8 to 10 years of relevant concierge experience
• Experience in leading and managing a team
• Experience in premium luxury hospitality establishments e.g. hotels, airlines, Grade A commercial buildings will be an advantage
• Able to conduct stand-up training on service & SOP matters

Working Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $5,300 + AWS + VB

Requirement

• Holding Minimum of diploma in Mechanical, Electrical , Construction Managment , Building Managment , from Polytechinic or education institute recongnized by the Professional Engineers Board, SISV or others body which may be recognized by the employer
• Minimum of three(3) years of relevant working experience , or Tier 3 Accreditation of Society of project manager (SPM) Or Accreditation Construction Professional C by Singapore Contractors Association Ltd(SCAL)

• Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Liaising with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Managing procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations and vendor selection.
• Oversee project budgeting and cost control and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical issues (including structure, architecture, M&E, landscape and interior, etc) of projects.
• Responsible for submission of samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site to ensure works progress to meet master programe
• Overall responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality.
• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
• Properly trained in QEHS Policy, Objectives, impact/risk assessment, relevant safe work procedure/ operational control procedure, management Programmed, applicable legal and other requirements.
• Ensure all submissions and applications to the relevant authorities to facilitate RI, TOP and CSC clearance, Combine all necessary documents for handover
