Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with headquarters and regional counterparts to determine and execute deployment and maintenance plans for each package solution.
• Coordinate the requirement gathering, specifications, development, and maintenance of new solutions.
• Conduct training programs and prepare related documentation to support promotion, sales, and maintenance, ensuring effective implementation in each region.

• Promote initiatives across group companies focused on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) to drive the development of sustainable solution businesses.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in the software solution business industry or Auto-ID solution field
• Business-level Japanese and English skills (including document creation, presentation, and meeting facilitation abilities) as need to liaise with Japan HQ.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related business field
• Experience in developing software and package solutions (experience in developing new solutions and deploying existing products)
• Knowledge of cloud computing and IoT-related technologies
