Job Description:

• Verify invoices accuracy and reconcile vendor statements.
• Handle day-to-day accounting duties.
• Maintain and update procedural documents.
• Clerical support and admin duties.
• Monitor customers accounts and follow up on outstanding payment issues.
• Perform data entries and documents filing.
• Liaising closely with sub-con, suppliers and vendors.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent certification
• Bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking customers & suppliers
• Minimum 1 year related experience preferred
• Computer literacy such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Salary will be commensurate based on experience
• Able to start work immediately or in short notice is an advantage

Salary: Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Application, Calibration, and Servicing:

• Involved in the application, calibration, and servicing of cleanroom equipment and instrumentation to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

Customer Support:

• Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting, resolving issues, and offering guidance on equipment usage and maintenance.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on cleanroom equipment to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of calibration and servicing activities, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and complies with regulatory requirements.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the engineering team to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Field Work:

• Travel to customer sites for on-site calibration, servicing, and support, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/ITE in Electronics.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of related work experience is advantageous.
• Additional Qualifications: A Singapore Class 3 Driving License is a plus.
