You will be responsible to support the smooth operations and administration of CareHub. This involves the creation, review and upload of articles to ensure a relevant knowledge management system to support the Call Centre Officers.

9. Asset management which includes the update and maintenance of asset record on a regular basis.
10. Support procurement activities by researching and identifying potential suppliers. You will be responsible for requesting and reviewing price quotations, negotiating terms, and making purchase recommendations. Your role will also involve maintaining inventory records and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
11. Play a vital role in the on-boarding process of new employees, handling administrative tasks such as coordinating paperwork, updating and coordination of the training plan and schedule, updating email distribution lists, setting up workstations, and providing necessary resources. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing off-boarding activities, including the collection of company assets, conducting exit interviews, and updating relevant records.
12. Collaborate with other departments to support the operations and administration of CareHub eg. work with the finance department to track and monitor budgetary expenditures.
13. Coordinate and schedule meetings which will involve the booking of rooms, arranging necessary equipment, and ensuring all logistical aspects are well-organized.
14. Undertake additional administrative tasks as required. These may include data entry, filing, and providing general office support. 8. Verify and ensure work records done by the team are updated factually, accurately and timely on Work Records Form and on the Maintenance Management System

9. Report immediately any abnormalities or practices observed that are not in accordance to Work Instructions, Quality, Maintenance, Operational and Safety Procedures.

10. Adopt KAIZEN methodology (5M, 5S & 5W) to eliminate 8 Wastes and improve Productivity and Value of work performed.

11. Provide support to staff, contractors or any other personnel who are required to perform work on depot and all rolling stocks.

12. To support the group during incidents, accidents and emergencies.

13. Ensure excellent housekeeping are maintained within all work areas.
