Job Title: Assistant Outlet Manager (Omakase@Stevens)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Daily roll-call with the service team to drive operations effectiveness, cleanliness of the restaurant, accurate food order taking, servicing the customer, promotions etc.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organise and supervise shifts and duty roster planning, attendance summary report and work closely on leave planner
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations and updating risk assessment on time
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
• Involve in setting new budget and business planning for new physical year
• To be knowledgeable in all service techniques and actively seek guest feedback and responding service issues accurately and efficiently in professional manner with a suitable service recovery
• Maintain records of payroll and attendance
• Supervising of employee and provide training and development plan.
• Meeting monthly KPI and generating month end sales report
• Handling of cash floats and petty cash funds of the outlet
• Organising of PO and Invoices
• Updating on social network services
• Month end inventory report

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Required at least 2 years’ experience as manager or similar role
• Excellent in customer service and in food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Able to commit to shift work, split shifts, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term strategic account relationships, initially in Singapore, then grow business globally.
• Solution selling to existing customer base and new prospects, both direct and through partners
• Drive the entire sales process; responsible for opportunity qualification and development, RFP/RFI proposal development and customer reviews, negotiations and deal closure.
• Prepare and provide business proposals to the customers.

• Able to present well on our solution to client and consultant.
• Host customers and consultants to our showroom and sell our solution.
• Able to work on tender submission within deadline independently.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors in accounts

Education, Skills and Experience Required:

• At least 5+ years’ experience in solution selling and new business development within enterprise and/or data center customers, demonstrating customer orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in Engineering.
• Strong track record of achievement in managing sales and exceeding all targets.
• Experience in cooling solutions preferred.
• Able to foresee market conditions.

Job Scope

• Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
• Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates
• Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates and career progression
• Follow up on interview schedules and status with hiring manager/HR
• Any ad hoc administration duties
