Corporate Relationship Development

• Establish corporate contacts through a systematic outreach process, follow up on new business projects generation opportunities, maintain working relationships and set up meetings

Administration of Management Practicum

• Collate a list of business projects, disseminate to our respective MSc students for enrolment, and where needed, conduct interviews for the allocation of projects

• Coordinate coaching workshops/classes to prepare students for their undertaking of business projects
• Work with Heads of Departments in appointing project supervisors, including briefing faculty advisors on the role, responsibilities and scope of projects

• Develop, implement and update systematic procedures and processes for MSc Programmes’ Experiential Learning components

• Collaborate and synergize between key stakeholders, not limited to students, faculty advisors, corporates and other key departments in NUS Business School, providing support and fostering rapport where possible

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and fashion-forward Wedding Gallery Assistant to join our team at Fatimah Mohsin The Wedding Gallery. As a Wedding Gallery Assistant, you will be assisting with daily gallery operations, including welcoming customers, maintaining the gallery's appearance, and supporting the sales team. Additionally, you will assist with creating engaging social media content, including videos and photos, and be comfortable presenting content in front of the camera.

Responsibilities:

Gallery Assistance:

- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service

- Maintain the gallery's appearance, including tidying up and restocking products

- Assist the sales team with product inquiries and try-ons

- Support with events and promotions, including setup and teardown

Social Media Content Creation:

- Assist in creating high-quality content for social media platforms, including videos and photos

- Develop content ideas and scripts in collaboration with the marketing team

- Present content confidently in front of the camera

Styling:

- Assist with styling and visual merchandising of products in the gallery

- Help create visually appealing displays and arrangements

- Ensure products are properly steamed, cleaned, and maintained

Administration:

- Manage the day-to-day administration of the boutique, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance and fostering loyalty

- Process daily sales transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare financial reports

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and overall business objectives

Requirements:

Job Summary:

Overall responsible for the performance and maintenance of TSC machinery and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads the entire Engineering/Maintenance team member in terms of :
• Design and ensure planned maintenance is promptly executed
• Establish spare parts system
• Ensure SFA/MOM regulations are implemented at all times
• Ensure all equipment calibration are completed
• Machine corrective maintenance are carried out promptly and safely
• Responsible for shift planning and duty rostering including OT approval
• Responsible for maintenance budget
• Develop Maintenance and Production staff competencies in maintaining of machinery and equipment
• Process improvement for higher productivity, quality & safety
• Participate in new machine, equipment and process design
• Assisting ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager

Requirement:

• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical.
• Min. 4 of years of experience in food manufacturing industry.
• Able to prioritize workload, capable of working under tight deadlines & work under pressure
