Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of HR management experience; previous experience as an HR Manager or in a related role is preferred.
• Familiar with labor laws and HR policies, with a strong ability to manage employee relations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle tasks independently.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit, and adaptability in a fast-growing work environment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

- Maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and the expansion of services.

- Adhere to quality procedures and recommend operational improvements to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Possesses strong knowledge and proficiency in current staffing methodologies and relevant labor laws.
