• Manage the end to end recruitment process, including scheduling and conducting interviews, issuing offers through in-house recruitment system, and onboarding

Job Description

• Assist in full cycle recruitment process, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies, initiating sourcing channels (including social media), pre-screening & assessing, facilitating the interview, selection as well as the negotiation of offer process
• Liase and partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and presents candidate profiles leveraging on strong talent advisory in order to assist hiring managers with making informed decisions.
• Manage requisitions for both new hires, replacement hires and contractor conversions
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques, such as LinkedIn and other social media sites, and referral programs, to source and attract best talents, post jobs, source for candidates and maintain documentation for all candidates, searches and recruiting activities.
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need
• Manage the job offer process, including internal salary benchmarking and perform reference checks when required
• Ensure that stakeholder including candidates and hiring managers are constantly updated of the status
• Liaise with universities, interact with students and place advertisements to promote our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Deployment: Assist with the basic technical deployment of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and security standards. Activities will be closely supervised by the Director of Enterprise Managed Services to provide a learning environment and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Programme and Project Management: Support the planning, execution, and completion of cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Client and Account Management: Help manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and feedback is acted upon, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the cybersecurity field to expand the company's client base and market presence.
• Marketing and Event Management: Participate in the development and execution of marketing strategies and the management of events related to cybersecurity, enhancing brand visibility and client engagement.

What We Are Looking For:

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program related to cybersecurity, information technology, or a similar field.
• A keen interest in cybersecurity and a desire to learn about technical deployment, project management, and business development.
• Photography/videography, copywriting, social media marketing and photo/video editing skills will be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently under supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
